Your privacy.

This website is operated by Jasper de Winter for Sophie and her Books.

When you contact us

We collect the name, email address, topic, optional book or video reference and message you submit. We use these details to handle your enquiry, respond to corrections or rights requests, and discuss collaborations you initiate. Messages are delivered to the operator’s email inbox.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests and contact-form delivery. Technical information, including IP addresses, may be processed for service operation and abuse prevention. Our form uses a hashed IP address for short-term rate limiting. We do not include message content in application logs.

Storage and choices

Contact messages are retained in the recipient mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any related legal obligations. We do not use contact-form details to subscribe you to marketing. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your contact information through the contact form. Applicable legal obligations may require retention of some information.

External services apply their own privacy policies when you follow a link to them. Any affiliate links we publish are identified as such.
